When you join the .FW waitlist, we collect the information you submit in the signup form:
We use this information for one purpose: to contact you about .FW and New York Fashion Week — early access updates, launch timing, and related programming. We do not use it for anything beyond that, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
By checking the required consent box, you agree to receive early-access emails from .FW / N4XT. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — opting out stops future emails at any time.
If you provide a phone number and check the SMS opt-in box, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing texts from .FW at that number. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of joining the waitlist.
Signup information is stored in a private, access-controlled spreadsheet used only by the .FW / N4XT team to manage the waitlist and send updates.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure, consistent with New York's data security requirements (NY GBL § 899-bb).
